She was predeceased by: her husband Jacob A. Frazier; her parents, Carl Herman and Blanche Herman (Knarr); and her son Jay Carl Frazier. She is survived by: her daughter Janice E. Peters of Lamar, PA; and her daughter-in-law Diane Frazier of Lock Haven, PA. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
