He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kelly and Betty Smith Bailey Kelly; and his stepfather John Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Marcella Deitrick Bailey; his sons, Dick, Jr. (Julie) of Woolrich and Bill (Sue) of Rauchtown; his grandchildren, Andrew (Olivia), Corey, Sarah, Hunter and Dylan Bailey; his stepgrandson Jake Hoffman (Jena); his great grandchild Mason Bailey; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Trace, Layne, Reese Hoffman, Rylee and Brett Ochler.
