He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Brown and Lillian Mae Tyson (Leitch); his son Rickey Lee Tyson (Alivina); and his close friend Momoyo "Peach". He is survived by: his children, Leanna J. Rockey (Robert) of Loganton and Sydney D. Tyson (Doris Breon) of Virginia Beach, VA; and his close friend Kathleen Wagner of Loganton. He is also survived by 5 stepchildren, 14 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rote United Methodist Church (102 Beagle Rd, Mill Hall, PA 17751). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations can made to the Rote United Methodist Church.
