We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2023, at the age of 81, Janet Palmer of Long Pond, Pennsylvania, born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Black and Olive Black (LaTourette). She is survived by: her husband William Deutsch; her daughter Terry Black (Wayne Muffley); her siblings, Paul Black, Charles Black (Linda), Donald Black (Kim) and Shirley Weaver; her grandchildren, Kasey Muffley, Katrina Ostroski (John) and Kerri Capece (Joey); and her great grandchildren, Madison, Leah, Dylan, Jordan, Connor and Kylie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
