He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Conrad and Nora Conrad (Krise); his wife Mary "Rose" Conrad (Schenk); his children, Mary Teresa and James; his grandson Ethan Sumner; his sons-in-law, Leroy Prosser, Raymond Hollen and Larry Sumner; and his siblings, Clair, Bernard Ralph, Joseph Clyde, Paul Walter, Leo, James Clyde, Mary "Mae" Truax, Ruth Barnett, Margaret Doris Lamont, Jane Sheehan, Theresa Callahan, Betty Koegler, Shirley Delegram and Mary "Patty" Resick.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene Prosser, John W. "Jack" (Janet Ivory), Nancy Hollen, Bill (Betty Klemann), Nora Hilyer (Tom), Joan Sumner and Don (Mary Pennabaker); his niece Audrey Venesky; Bob. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 27, great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Carmelite Monastery of St. Therese of Lisieux, Loretto, PA. in Jack's memory.
