He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Moore and Anna Moore (Kubic); and his brother Ronald S. Moore. He is survived by: his wife Kay Moore (Beam); his children, Kimberly Jo Burke and Brian Scott Moore (Vedette); his granddaughter Sarah Jo Burke; and his siblings, Donna Ferris and Gary Moore (Chris). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
