She was predeceased by : her father Gaetano Pilato; her husband Carl E Szyroki; her children, Donna Jean Szyroki and Daniel Szyroki; and her sister Carmella Kuchta.

She is survived by : her sons, Joseph Szyroki (Rosemarie) of New Kensington and David Szyroki (Cynthia Massarelli) of Lower Burrell; her grandchildren, Amber Hensel (Carl), Lisa Shavensky (Dan Gerhard), Maggie Shank and Jacob Massarelli; and her great grandchildren, Harrison, Graysin, Kaleb, Mason and Thomas.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice.
