He was predeceased by: his parents, Guerino Mazzotta and Domitilla Scanga; his son Gary Mazzotta; and his sister Mary Turco. He is survived by: his wife Frances (Muto); his daughters, Tillie Miller (Chris Miller) and Mary Mazzotta; and his grandson Simon Miller.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rusiewicz Funeral Homes Inc. (3124 Leechburg Rd, New Kensington, PA 15068). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Church (3055 Leechburg Rd, Lower Burrell, PA 15068).
