Watkins (Radion); his stepdaughter Catherine Acevedo (Eliott) of Plum; his granddaughter Amara Acevedo; and his brothers, Joel Watkins (Stacy) of State College and Grant Watkins of Hickory, PA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made in his name to Bethesda Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
