He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Florek and Pearl Florek (Przemieniecki). He is survived by : his wife Patricia Florek (Pawloski); his siblings, Rebecca Key and Dennis Florek; his children, Lisa Smith, David Florek Jr. and Daniel Florek (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Dale, Kaitlin, Samantha, Brenden, Paul, Tabatha, Nicholas and McKenna. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
