She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Zietak and Marie Gorecki Zietak; her husband George M. Zentkovich; her son Michael Edward Zentkovich; and her siblings, William, Daniel, Patrick Zietak, Florence Flannigan and Geraldine Watkins.

She is survived by : her children, Mary Ann Schons of McKees Rocks, Donald Zentkovich of Massillion, OH. and Kristy DeSomma (Louis) of McKees Rocks; her grandchildren, Cory, Haley, Jordan, Jacob (Lynette), Ryan, Callianna, Arilynn and Christian; her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Layla, Akira, Skye and Leilana; and her sisters, Marlene Paladino of Pittsburgh and Christine Zietak of Pittsburgh.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
