He is survived by : his children, Katherine Wollitz (Jody) of St. Johns, FL., Michael Kapustik (Pam) of Sarver and David Kapustik (Brooke) of Lower Burrell; his grandchildren, Jared Kapustik, Josef Wollitz and Lydia Wollitz; and his daughter-in-law Chantel Kapustik of Saltsburg.
