He was predeceased by: his parents, Eghia Chobanian and Julia Repak Chobanian; his son Matthew E. Chobanian; and his siblings, Susan Halupa, Nazareth Chobanian, Mary Chobanian, Paul "Jack" Chobanian, Betty Sosigian, Anthony Chobanian, Stephen Chobanian, Martin Chobanian I and Martin Chobanian II.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne M. Nee Chobanian; his stepchildren, Dennis Liotta (Dianne) of Levittown, PA. and Denise Thomas (Jeff) of South Euclid, OH.; his grandchildren, Joshua Chobanian, Elizabeth Liotta and Caleb Spisak; and his siblings, Pauline Gruber (Samuel) of Freeport, William Chobanian (Brenda) of Sewickley and Julie Colpo of Apollo.
