He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Sobotka (Capoccioni) of Concordia; his stepchildren, Walter Sobotka Artkowsky and Marlene Sobotka Artkowsky; his children, Robin Ann Artkowsky (Greg) of Indiana, PA, Dr. Walter Artkowsky (Leslie) of Waynesburg, PA and Marlene Dhar (Vijay); his granddaughters, Emily Strohm (Joshua) of Downingtown, PA and Anna Artkowsky of Charlotte, NC; his great grandchild Madelyn Jane Strohm of Downingtown, PA.; and his brother Donald Artkowsky (Betty) of Georgia.
