She is survived by: her husband James K. Carter; her cousins, Lana Gale Lear and Cory Yeager (Cindy); her sibling's children, Joyce Kay Worth (James) and Van "Chip" L. Watkins (Julie); her brother-in-law Van L. Watkins; her extended family Patricia Ann Miller (Charles "Bud"); and her friend Sherri Mangone. She is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
