He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Jeanne Booth (Ramey). He is survived by: his father Willard Booth; his wife Tina M. Booth of Lower Burrell; his children, Richelle Smith (Cody) of Saltsburg, Jonah Booth (Kaitlyn) of Saltsburg, Jordan Booth of Apollo, Jaycie Polis (Niko) of West Orange, NJ and Jessika Sluss of Pittsburgh; his sisters, Rhonda Bedwell of Seale, AL and Dawn Drake (Alan) of Shelburn, IN; and his grandchildren, Hensley and Lainey Smith. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Curran Funeral Home and Cremation Services - Saltsburg (701 Salt St, Saltsburg, PA 15681). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
