He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas and Ruth Elizabeth McGarvey (Slocum); and his children, William Jr. and Linda Daywalt. He is survived by: his wife Nancy McGarvey (Beinhart); and his children, Amy Bowe (James) of Montgomeryville and Thomas McGarvey of Cary, NC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
