With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte J. Sands of Lower Makefield, Pennsylvania, born in Cheltenham, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 24, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Kniss and Emma Kohs Kniss; and her husband William R. Sands, Jr.. She is survived by : her children, William R. Sands, III (Barbara) of Newtown and Sandra J. Ruddy of Newtown; and her grandsons, Patrick and Aaron Markward. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
