The passing of Ashley L. Surgeoner of Lower Paxton, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 17, 2025 at the age of 37. She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Garbacik and Karen Garbacik (Bumbulsky); her husband Dan Surgeoner; her children, Anna and Paige; her brother Joseph Garbacik (Megan); her sibling's children, Kendall and Joey; her in-laws, Scott and Aimee; her brother-in-law Kevin; her nephew Cooper; and her brother-in-law Conor (Sarah). She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Catherine Laboure Roman Catholic Church (4000 Derry St, Harrisburg, PA 17111). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a fund will be established for the education of Ashley's children.
