She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Garbacik and Karen Garbacik (Bumbulsky); her husband Dan Surgeoner; her children, Anna and Paige; her brother Joseph Garbacik (Megan); her nieces and nephews, Kendall and Joey; her in-laws, Scott and Aimee; her brother-in-law Kevin; her nephew Cooper; and her brother-in-law Conor (Sarah). She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a fund will be established for the education of Ashley's children.
