He was predeceased by: his father John Hora; his uncles, Wayne Smith and Thomas Clipp; and his pets, Sarge, Buddy and Smokey.
He is survived by: his mother Rachel Hora; his wife Dawn F. Barner; his sons, Foster Raymond Barner, Jr., Thomas Adam Barner and Dylan Alexander James Barner; and his siblings, Mark Barner (Susan), Kyle Neumeyer (Marie) and Donna Barner Wright (Donald). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
