He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Coburn and Ruby Coburn (Johns); and his sister Tammy Gebhart. He is survived by: his wife Pat Coburn (Sheely); his children, Craig (Margaret), Scott (Abbey) and Kelly (Thomas Swank); his grandchildren, Nicholas (Josselin), Joseph (Heather), Alex (Morgan), Casey (Joe), Isabella and Camden; his great grandchildren, Marion and Archie; and his pet Coby.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Lee's name to Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, 1320 Linglestown Road Harrisburg, PA. 17110.
