She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry B. Bower and Gertrude M. Bower (Shadle); her husband Richard B. Hornberger; her brothers, David Bower and Lester Bower; and her close friends, Marty and Paulette.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Psik (Jim) of Williamsport, Richard Hornberger of Williamsport, David Hornberger (Angela Nagy) of Williamsport and Greg Hornberger (Christine) of Williamsport; her grandchildren, Brittany, Cameron, Ariel, Ian, Karissa, Mallee, Mia, Andrew and Kristen; and her great grandchildren, Addalyn, Everett, Elias and Welles.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crouse Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (133 E 3rd St, Williamsport, PA 17701). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ann Catholic Church (1220 Northway Rd, Williamsport, PA 17701). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Resurrection Cemetery (4323 Lycoming Mall Dr, Montoursville, PA 17754).
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions be made to the Susquehanna Health Foundation for the benefit of the Gatehouse, 1001 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport PA 17701 in Ann's name.
