She was predeceased by : her parents, Aaron C. Steinbacher and Dorothy Steinbacher (Audet); and her husband Garth A. Philbin. She is survived by : her children, Michael Philbin (Robin) of Montoursville, Lynn Philbin (Dave Wommer) of Williamsport, Barbara Tudor (Dan) of Collegeville, Richard Philbin (Sharon Papp) of Fall Church, VA and Steve Philbin of Alexandria, VA; and her brother Rev. Wilfred J. Steinbacher. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
The family kindly suggests memorial contributions be made in Clarann's name to St. Ann Church.
