With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence Winner of Loyalsock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 8, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clarence Winner to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Winner and Ruth Winner (Fullerton); his daughter Sharon L. McCaslin; and his siblings, Raymond Winner, Patricia Heisley and Eleanor Gehr.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Winner (Brosius); his daughters, Becky Hughes (Duane) of Montoursville and Crystal Strosser of Duboistown; his grandchildren, Ashlee, Tyler, Chase, Nicholas, Hannah and Sherilee; his great grandchildren, Adelynn and Ezekiel; his son-in-law Jerry McCaslin; and his sister-in-law Betty Winner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Faith Wesleyan Church (1033 Tucker St, Williamsport, PA 17701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Clarence's name to Faith Wesleyan Church, 1033 Tucker St., Williamsport PA 17701.
