The family announces the passing of Karen Patterson of Loyalsock, Pennsylvania on August 30, 2026. Karen, born on July 14, 1951, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Karen will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Karen by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Karen is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Karen’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert O. Heller. She is survived by: her mother Jacquelyn L. Heller (Guinter); her son Brian Knapp (Bridgette Pierce) of Pittsburgh; and her close friend Ken Ball of Duboistown.
