She was predeceased by : her parents, John Lewis and Mary Lewis (Staffira); her husband Alexander Yarkowski (Willie); her sisters, Louise Benko, Ann Murphy, Walda Stupic, Mary Lewis and Nellie Lewis; her children, Alice, Anthony Yarkowski and Janis Petras; and her brothers, Charles, Joseph and John Lewis.
She is survived by : her children, Marilyn Crews of Greensboro, NC, Alex Yarkowski (Kathy), Ann Mock (James Mock) and Nellie Perman (Thomas Perman); her grandchildren, Jill Petras, Pamela Burris (Russel), Kimberly Cain (John), Melanie Dudik (Charles), Christopher Ange (Kathleen), Anthony Yarkowski (Melissa), Amy Yarkowski (Frank), Jason Yarkowski (Kelly), Stacie Mock (David), Holly Mock, Jim Mock (Puneet) and Kelsey Mock (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Stella, Ruby Dudik, Michael, Helen Ange, Reagan Cain, Will, Claire, Emmie Burris, Garrett, Addison Yarkowski and Brooklyn Visnesky.
