She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Smail and Blanche Harbaugh Smail; and her siblings, Audrey Schmidt, Edward, Kenneth, Donald and James Smail.
She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Berry; her daughter Ruth Campbell; her siblings, Kathryn Shedlock (Joseph), Harry Smail (Ann), Ronald Smail, Robert Smail (Kathy), Clyde Smail and Louis Smail (Diane); her grandchildren, Tiffany Campbell (Shawn) and Cheyenne O'Bradovich; and her great grandchild Tyler Campbell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
