She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Payne and Catherine Evans Payne. She is survived by : her husband Edward G. Blannard; her children, Edward A. Blannard (Karen) of Selbyville, DE, Mark Blannard of Wayne, PA, Paul Blannard (Nicole) of Miflinburg, PA and Linda Ray (Jeff) of Orefield, PA; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Matthew, Madison, Cailynn and Kate; and her siblings, Joanie Payne, Sharon Iorio, Dale and John Payne. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
