She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Simchak (Simcak) and Helen Malenda Simchak; and her brother-in-law Michael Barna. She is survived by: her son James Yatsko; her sister Mary Ann Barna; and her nephews, Michael Barna and Thomas Barna.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Parish (574 Bennett St, Luzerne, PA 18709). A Mass was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:35 AM at the Saint John's Roman Catholic Cemetery.
