He is survived by: his wife Tasha Lenker McCauslin; his children, Casey McCauslin (Kirsten), Zach McCauslin (Shania), Brittany Miller (Ricky) and Leah McCauslin; and his siblings, Jeff McCauslin (Patty McCauslin), Patrick McCauslin, Carole Hill (Wayne Hill) and Joann Clyser (James).
