She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hoffman and Florence Boyer Hoffman; her husband Ralph "Buzz" Evans; her son Stephen Evans; her son-in-law Steven Davis; and her siblings, Dolores Stroup, Elaine Antes, Mary Derrick, Marlin "Pete" Hoffman, Lester Hoffman and Roy Hoffman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Laudenslager (Harry) and Lori Davis; her daughter-in-law Barbara Evans; her siblings, Loretta "Judy" Stickler and Paul Hoffman (Sis); her grandchildren, Michael Laudenslager (Kathy), Christie Mattern (Ryan), Jennifer Wert (Andy), Christopher Evans (Tania) and Zachary Davis (Lauren); and her great grandchildren, Kaci, Austin Mattern, Katelyn, Emily Wert and Molly Evans. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
