He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen I. Underkoffler and Olive Klock Underkoffler. He is survived by: his wife Andrea D. Shreffler Underkoffler; and his children, Jeffrey Underkoffler and Amanda Brobst (Mark). He is also survived by two step-grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; one step great great grandson.
