He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Underkoffler and Mary Underkoffler (Dikon); his brothers, David and Edwin Underkoffler; and his grandmother Bettleyon.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn J. Underkoffler (Hoover); his daughters, Amber E. Shultz (Kris) of Millersburg, Lara A. Silvis (Jasper) of Drexel Hill and Leslie M. Gates (Adam) of Perkiomenville; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Logan Shultz, Ryan, Alexander, Nathaniel Silvis and Emily Gates.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (134 N East St, Williamstown, PA 17098). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
