He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Osenbach and Mabel Ward Osenbach; his siblings, Robert Osenbach and Mary Osenbach Ramsey; his son Thomas R. Osenbach; and his granddaughter Alyssa M. Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Robert (Karen), David (Kilsoon), Karen Elliott (Junior) and Alison (Eric); and his grandchildren, Brian (Laura), Tamara (Tim), Laura (John), Natalie (Taylor), Aubrey (Steve), Christine (Travis), Andrew (Reagan), Matthew, Thomas (Samantha), Daniel (Abby), Micah and Elijah.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Upper Dauphin Area High School (220 N Church St, Elizabethville, PA 17023). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
