He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rice and Laura Klinger Rice; and his wife Kay Miller Rice. He is survived by: his children, Edwin Rice (Suzanne), Michelle Rice, Loyalton and Drinda Rice (Douglas). He is also survived by sister.
