He is survived by: his parents, Jay Smith and Patricia Fusaro; and his siblings, William, Steven (Ashley), Jon, Nicole (Rabih), Brandon (Bridget), Justin (Rachel), Jadyn (Dean), Tyler (Beth), Aleesia and Kelsea (Luke). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boylan Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Inc. (856 Evans City Rd, Renfrew, PA 16053). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
