She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Fredette and Phyllis Fredette (Chamberlain). She is survived by: her husband Ed Kemper; her children, Kristin Owens (Mike) of Butler and Dean Kemper (Amber) of Butler; her sisters, Lillian Kemper (Bob) of Alabama, Mary (Garry) and Stover of Kansas; and her grandchildren, Jory, Kaila, Andrew, Presley, Kenley and Khloe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
