Martel of Bethlehem, PA, Michael A. DeCario of Lakewood, WA, Nicole L. DeCario of Seattle, WA, Christine M. DeCario of Fords, NJ and Dannielle Szuba of Keansburg, NJ.; his nephew Stephen C. Centeno; his nieces, Anissa L Centeno and Lilah M. Jensen; and his cousin Michael Fox (Mikey).
