He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Smith (Gehman); his children, Maura Ebersole (Benjamin) of Wrightsville, PA, Sean Smith (Dannielle) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Micah Smith (Paige) of Sanatoga, PA and Caleb Smith (Caitlin) of Gilbertsville; and his siblings, Michael Smith, Daniel Smith, Suzanne Davis and Christopher Smith. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
