She was predeceased by: her grandmother Roberta Cook. She is survived by: her parents, David Cook and Mary Cook (Klipple); her brother Casey Cook; her grandparents, Carol Bortz (Gil) of Allentown, Leon Klipple of Nazareth and George Cook (Marlene) of Macungie; her uncle Jake Klipple (Lorie) of Macungie; her aunts, Marie Bondi (Steve) of Bethlehem and Lori Cook of Emmaus; and her pet Otis. She is also survived by several cousins, many friends.
