He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmore Jennings and Laura Baumer (Heller); his former wife Judith Baumer (Collins); his son James Jay Baumer; and his siblings, Jennings Baumer and Katharine Feldman.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Baumer (Ebert); and his stepchildren, Donna Miller of Kutztown, Diane Overton (Chris) of Virginia, Denise Rader of Florida and Dean Miller (Karen) of New Tripoli. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
