He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Smith and Marie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith (Schantz); and his children, Lora L. Holland (Eric), Leonard J. Smith II (Heidi), Lowell D. Smith (Sheila) and Lyle J. Smith (Faith). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and their spouses; twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
