Louis leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Louis’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Louis will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis P. Gerlette and Veronica Gerlette (Brunner); and his brother Ronald Gerlette. He is survived by: his wife Olga C. Gerlette (Walter); his children, Dr. Linda Pekarik (Richard), Rose Sieger (David) and Ronald Gerlette (Gail); and his sister Barbara St. John. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren: and 10 Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ann's Catholic Church (415 S 6th St, Emmaus, PA 18049). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
