He was predeceased by: his father Richard Kunkle; and his brother Rick Kunkle II (Richard). He is survived by: his mother Janice James; his close friends, Jim, Cary and Larry; his wife Monica James; his stepsons, Brock McElhenney, Jack (John Patrick) and McElhenney; his daughter Lindsey James; his sisters, Tammy White (Jesse White) and Michele Robinson; his nephews, Shane White and Ricky Kunkle; and his niece Katie Koneschusky.
