Lewis of Macungie, Pennsylvania, born in Nutley, New Jersey, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce M. Lewis and Ernestina Lewis (Carson); and his granddaughter Jodi Vineis. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen R. Lewis (Reinbold); his children, Cheryl L. Bell (Stan) of Durham, NC, Donna Vineis Hartman of Lansdale, PA, Bruce F. Lewis (Mary) of Milford, DE, Cynthia L. Lewis of Stowe, PA, Kristina Long (Tommy) of Matthews, NC, Kimberley King (Steve) of Fuquay Varina, NC and James B. Lewis (Brandy) of Wilkes-Barre, PA; and his sister Ginia Cypher (Ken) of Butler, PA.
