It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard P. Kozakiewicz of Macungie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 9, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter A. Kozakiewicz and Harriet Kozakiewicz (Dzubeck). He is survived by: his wife Carol Kozakiewicz (Mittura); his son Joshua S. Kozakiewicz of Macungie; his siblings, John Kozakiewicz of Orlando, Paul Kozakiewicz of Colonia, Mary Lou Vit of Woodridge and Aniela Jablonski of Alpharetta, Georgia; and his sisters-in-law, Iris Dolgos of Allentown and Joan Lipsky of Allentown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church (415 S 6th St, Emmaus, PA 18049). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
