He is survived by: his wife Diana Kephart (Bear); his daughters, Tracy Kephart, Gloria Kephart and Sandra Kephart; his grandchildren, Amber Sutton, Dustin Custred, Jack Bunnell, Jr., Virginia Hillman and Glorianna Eckenrode; his great grandchildren, Jenna Smith, Jimmy Sutton, Dustin Custred, Jr. and Kenzlee Custred; and his brothers, Chico Rebon and Andy Rebon.
