She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas W. Kasubick and Leona A. Kasubick (Panzak); her daughter Francine Christoff; her siblings, Sylvester Kasubick, Dorothy Welch, Eleanor Sinclair and Mary Evic; and her grandson Andrew Gulich.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Patkalitsky (Carol), John Patkalitsky (Paulette), Marsha Buchanan and Vickie Russino. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kruise-Spewock Funeral & Cremation Services (254 Lynn St, Madera, PA 16661-9330).
