He is survived by: his father Keith Robert Havenstrite, Sr. of Madison Township; his children, Hayden Havenstrite of Madison Township and Liam Havenstrite of Lake Ariel; his fiancé Fran Palmieri of Lake Ariel; his siblings, Kevin Surplus of Scranton and Desiree Nalaschi (Leo) of Pittston; his grandmother Janet Havenstrite of Madison Township; his uncle Miles Havenstrite of Madison Township; and his great-aunt Esther Foley of Madison Township. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
