She was predeceased by: her parents, John Eungard and Carrie Eungard (Musser); her husband William J. Hazel; her son William J. Hazel, Jr.; and her sister Estie Wells.
She is survived by: her children, Lora J. Bierce (Arthur) of Carlisle, Martin J. Hazel (Rosemary) of Rogersville, AL and John E. Hazel (Victoria) of Madisonburg; her grandchildren, Carrie Hazel, Jessica Herrmann (Sean), Christopher Hazel (Elly Engle), Jesse Hazel (Jessica) and Rachel Bierce (Richard Lutz); and her great grandchildren, Violette Engle-Hazel and Richard Lutz.
